Over here, we strongly believe that for those that are relatively new to personal and or group workout trainings, starting a fitness routine can be rewarding but it requires consistency and smart planning. We recommend that you start out by consulting a healthcare provider, especially if you’re new to exercise and then set realistic goals and create a structured plan, starting with small, achievable steps like brisk walks or light jogging.
Thereafter, incorporate different exercise types, such as aerobic activities, strength training, and flexibility exercises, like yoga, as you gradually build up your intensity and mix in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or boot camps to challenge your body.
Furthermore, we encourage you to stay hydrated, eat balanced meals, and warm up before exercising to prevent injuries and we also encourage you to track your progress and make exercise enjoyable by varying activities or working out with friends to stay motivated and atop your game.
We are open to both new and already active people who appreciate personal and or group workout trainings, as we are always ready to take you by the hand through our actionable and easy to follow fitness program.
